All merchandise must be in original and un-opened condition with no damage to the product or packaging.
- If Manufacturing Warranties covers your item beyond 90-day, please contact customer service and we will be happy to assist you.
- If returned product has a non-manufacturing defect, this item will be a subject to a restock fee of 15%.
- If any of the following conditions are found during returned product examination the refund will not be given: product found to be used and more than 20% empty.
Return Procedure - Send us email with short description of the problem, and we will issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 48 hours. Issued RMA number is good for 15 days.
- If applicable a free shipping label will be provided to you.
- Ship product(s) back to us and we will refund you according our Return Policy.
